Snow

Just a glimpse into what my life looks like right now. Despite frosty air and shivering trees and the most snow we've had since we moved up here, we had a glowing sunrise yesterday and as I sit at my desk a golden sunset disappears between the black branches and snow covered rooftops. I'm so thankful to finally be able to experience the gorgeous creation of winter.

ps. I posted twice in the same week! Unheard of! Absurd! (can you name that movie quote?)

    1. Thank you, Evelyn! Haha, I understand about hot winters-I got so sick of t-shirt and short days in December in FL!
I hope you get some cool weather soon! You're from Australia right? So, what are the winters like there?
And (sorry for all the questions) what, may I ask, is the Aibhilin in your name? Is it a translation of your name? It's so pretty! :)

  2. How beautiful! Yes, haha, that's from the Fiddler on the Roof - ironically, we watched that yesterday evening. It's so good, right? I love Red Tevye. The way he performs his lines. :-)

  3. One thing.... on your header the 's' from 'Kittens' is smaller than the other letters. It doesn't really matter of course (and I love your header, by the way) but I just thought I'd let you know. :-)

    1. Thanks so much for pointing that out! I honestly can't believe I didn't notice that before! Huh. Strange. Maybe I noticed it and forgot. Oh well, I'm not going to mess with it since I'll probably change my design soon enough (you may notice I change it very often-I just love trying out different designs!). Thanks for letting me know though! And thanks that you like it! I do too. :)

  4. When I saw the title of this post, it immediately brought to my mind the "Snow" song from White Christmas. :-) Beautiful pictures!!!!
